Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Olive Garden Resort website and the booking of accommodation and services provided by Olive Garden d.o.o. (OIB: 73913209191), located in Jadrija, Šibenik, Croatia. By submitting a booking request, the guest agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. The Booking Process

  • Inquiry: Guests may send a reservation request via our website.

  • Offer: Upon receiving the inquiry, the resort will issue a formal offer valid for 5 days.

  • Confirmation: To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total offer must be paid via bank transfer within the 5-day validity period.

  • Cancellation of Unpaid Offers: If the advance payment and a notification of payment are not received within 5 days, the reservation is automatically canceled.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of the accommodation cost must be paid in full at the reception upon arrival.

3. Pricing & Taxes All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), electricity, gas, bed linen (changed every 7 days), towels (changed twice a week), and parking for one car.

  • A stay of less than 3 days is subject to a 30% surcharge on the standard rate.

  • Any extra services (e.g., laundry, beach chairs, pet fees) are charged separately according to the current price list.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 14:00.

  • Check-out: By 10:00.

  • Late check-out (until 18:00) may be requested at the time of booking and is subject to a 50% daily rate surcharge, depending on availability. If a guest remains in the home past 10:00 without prior approval, an additional full day will be charged.

5. Security Deposit & Damages Upon taking over the mobile home, the guest must leave a security deposit of €100 in cash. The guest and a resort representative will jointly check the inventory upon arrival.

  • The deposit is fully refunded upon check-out if no damage or loss of inventory has occurred.

  • If damage is found, the deposit will be retained to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Later complaints regarding the state of the mobile home will not be accepted if the initial inventory check was agreed upon and signed.

6. House Rules & Cleaning

  • Cleanliness: Guests are obliged to leave the mobile home in a clean and tidy state upon departure. If the guest prefers not to clean, a final cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.

  • Pets: Small pets (up to 8kg) are permitted with a prior request for a fee of €20/day. Pets are strictly prohibited inside the interior of the mobile homes; they must remain on the porch or in designated outdoor areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

  • Accommodation Assignment: The assignment of a specific mobile home number is at the discretion of the resort management. While we strive to fulfill special requests regarding location, it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Cancellation Policy & Early Departure In the event of an early departure before the scheduled check-out date, the guest is legally obliged to pay the full amount for the entire reserved period. The 30% advance deposit is generally non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated by Croatian consumer protection laws or in cases of Force Majeure.

8. Liability Olive Garden d.o.o. is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings or valuables of the guests, nor for any personal injury sustained on the resort premises, including the beach, unless caused by the gross negligence of the resort staff.

9. Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in Šibenik shall have jurisdiction.
