Our Botanical Garden – A Place of Nature, Healing, and Peace
Located within Olive Garden Resort near Jadrija and Šibenik, our botanical garden is a quiet space designed for both relaxation and discovery.
Surrounded by nature and just steps from the sea, this garden brings together the richness of Mediterranean tradition and plants from around the world.
A Unique Collection of Plants
The garden includes:
- Around 60 olive trees, rooted in Dalmatian tradition
- Many species of medicinal herbs
- Many varieties of flowers from many corners of the world
Guests can learn how these plants are used to prepare teas, tinctures, ointments, and herbal remedies.
A Place to Slow Down
The body feels happy and satisfied when enjoying a warm cup of tea made from hibiscus flowers. Sometimes, it is important to slow down, relax, and reflect on your way of life.
This is a place designed for peace, of the soul and heart,where guests can truly feel at ease and experience something special.

The garden connects naturally with our broader philosophy of simple, authentic living; where food, plants, and environment all play a role in how we feel.
Our Olive Oil & Tasting Experience
From our wider estate of over 1,000 olive trees, we produce our own extra virgin olive oil — often referred to by our guests as “golden oil.”
Visitors can:
- Taste our olive oil in a dedicated tasting space
- Learn about the production process
- Enjoy optional food pairings in a relaxed setting
Our tasting room is designed as a welcoming space to experience local flavors in a simple and authentic way.
