Your Questions
What is included in my reservation?
Every stay at Olive Garden Resort includes your private mobile home, complimentary parking for one vehicle, electricity, gas, and VAT. For your comfort, we provide fresh towels twice a week and fresh bed linens every seven days.
What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in: From 14:00 onwards.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Need more time? If arranged at the time of booking, we offer an extended check-out until 18:00 for an additional 50% of the daily rate (subject to availability).
Can I request a specific mobile home?
We assign homes based on the resort’s overall occupancy to ensure the best experience for everyone. While specific house numbers are provided upon arrival, please let us know your preferences during booking, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your wishes!
How does the reservation process work?
Because we value a personalized touch, all bookings are handled by request. Once you submit your dates, we will send you a formal offer valid for 5 days. To secure your paradise, a 30% advance payment is required within this 5-day window. Once paid, simply email us your confirmation, and your dates are officially locked in!
What are the cleaning expectations?
We kindly ask that guests leave the home in a tidy condition upon departure. If you prefer to skip the cleaning and head straight to the airport or the beach, we offer a comprehensive end-of-stay cleaning service for a €50 flat fee.
Can I bring my pet?
We love our furry friends! Small pets (up to 8kg) are welcome to join you on your private porch and in designated resort areas for €20 per day. We kindly ask that pets remain outside the interior of the mobile homes and are cared for responsibly during your stay.
